Costa Rica has been one of the first countries to preserve their environment, putting it before the exquisite palates
of certain consumers, by saying no to fermented coffee with the aim of reducing use of water.
Our Tico coffee, which has taken our range from being a Label to a Terroir coffee, is one of the first coffees to take part
in the production project aimed at reducing emissions to next to zero.
As for our best lots, our beloved Alejo is using his precision to prepare particularly bright coffees
at his Volcan Azul and Hacienda de Colima farms.
Over the past few years, he has been experimenting with many varietals, adapting them in the best parts of his farm,
and finding perfect ways of processing them to make the very most of their complexity.
